Rolloamatic – ShapeSmart NP4

For high speed manufacturing of carbide blanks in-house, ranging from 0.5-16mm, with super fine finish and extremely high accuracy.

The machine is the bench mark for blank grinding, with in process gauging, it can run up to 8 hours unmanned with 100% accuracy.

Walter – HELITRONIC POWER

HELITRONIC POWER is a much stronger grinding machine which are able to grind tools from 8 – 25mm. By using Walter’s grinding software – Helitronic Tool Studio, this machines are able to grind complex geometries with only one clamping cycle. It sets highest standards in productivity and flexibility.

Walter – HELICHECK PRO

4-axes CNC measuring machine for non-contact complete measurement of precision tools, grinding wheels. The different geometries are measured reliably. The measuring results are obtained quickly, with high precision, close to production, operator-independently, intuitively and for a diverse application range, with a high degree of flexibility.

PLATIT – PL80

PL80 is the new generation industry coating unit for Nanocomposite coatings. With PLATIT LARC technology (LAteral Rotating Cathodes), PL80 maintains an excellent thickness distribution typically it remains between ±10%. nACo Plus is a new generation coating that we develop with Platit, it is design for hard machining with high performance conditions. it have extremely high nanohardness and hear resistance.

OTEC – DF-4 Tools

DF-4 Tools is a Drag-finishing machine for cutting tools, it help us residual burring on the cutting edges and smoothing the surface finish on our tool and combine with our coating technology, our tool are able to achieve extremely high surface finish and maximize our performance. The edge rounding technology from DF-4 Tools enormously increase our tool life and reliability.
