Kwan Fung Precision Tools & Coating is a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of solid carbide end mills, drills and form tools, with its own production facility in Shenzhen, China. The company supplies CNC machining shops and distributors in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and other markets, and offers custom tooling from customer drawings.
Who we are
We have been grinding carbide cutting tools since 2000. Today a team of 30 designs, grinds, coats and inspects solid carbide end mills, drills and form tools for CNC machining shops, tool distributors and OEM customers.
Our head office is in Hong Kong, where sales and customer support are based. Production takes place at our own factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
How we work
- You send a drawing or describe your application.
- Our engineers review geometry, material, coating and tolerance.
- We quote in USD, with lead time confirmed up front.
- We grind, coat and inspect in-house. Every tool is inspected; an inspection report is available on request.
- We ship from Hong Kong by express courier, air freight or sea freight.
