- Shipping. Express, air or sea from Hong Kong.

What do I need to send for a custom end mill quotation?
A drawing, or the basics: diameter, flute count, length of cut, overall length, shank diameter, material, coating and quantity. If you don't have a drawing, describe the application and we will help define the tool.
How fast can you make custom tools?
Custom tools ship from 7 days, depending on geometry, coating and quantity.
Can you copy or improve an existing tool?
Yes. Send a sample or part number and describe what you want to improve, and we will review it.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, CAD files (STEP/STP, DXF), hand drawings as a photo or scan (JPG, PNG) and XLSX, up to 20 MB each.
Is there a minimum order?
For custom tools the minimum order is 2 pieces.
How do I pay?
Production starts once payment is received. We quote in USD.
