Who we are

Kwan Fung Precision Tools & Coating (“we”) operates this website. Our office is at Flat N, 9/F, International Industrial Centre, 2-8 Kwei Tei Street, Fo Tan, N.T., Hong Kong. Contact us at sales@qualityendmill.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests. Name, company, business email, country, phone number (optional), the tools you are asking about, your delivery date, and any drawings or files you upload.
• Your quote list. Items you add to a quote list are saved in your own browser until you submit them or clear them. They are not sent to us before you submit.
• Site usage. If analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics to count visits and page views.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and make and ship your order. Uploaded drawings are stored privately and used only for that purpose. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers that run this website and send our email. They handle the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and uploaded drawings for up to one year, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
